Liberation Welfare

Welfare finally made it into the election debate yesterday. The problem was that the Tories’ ‘new idea’ – cutting benefits for people who refuse work – has been the law for years. Today we’re publishing a new collection of papers on the future of welfare, arguing that it’s time to move beyond ‘rights and responsibilities’ to a new era of Liberation Welfare.
